System Architect
Julius Baer sucht in Singapur einen erfahrenen Systemarchitekten, der die digitale Transformation der Bank durch die Bereitstellung von Architekturrichtlinien und technische Führung vorantreibt. Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Unternehmenssystementwicklung, idealerweise im Wealth Management, sowie über Kenntnisse in Cloud-Technologien und Architekturframeworks.
Aufgaben
- Support the requirements, architecture NH-HS & Trade-OPS
- Support the architecture governance to manage architecture debts, architecture guidelines
- Manage and drive proof of concepts on new technologies and tools that may supporting the business initiatives
- Participate and contribute to IT Architecture strategy of the bank by working liaising with architecture COE
- Provide technical guidance to project teams along the entire software development lifecycle
- Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviors including but not limited to honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers appropriately), conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Anforderungen
- Able to handle verbal and written communication where the main language used for external communication is English
- Able to explain designs and solutions to developers and business users alike
- Strong leadership skills in matrix organizational setup, ability to lead, mentor, motivate team members and developers
- Passionate and efficient self-learner in order to adopt new technologies and new business models
- Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering or Computer science
- 10+ years of experience in design and implementation of enterprise systems (preferably private banking/wealth management)
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachmann
- Experience in enterprise application integration and integration patterns is required for this position
- Experience in implementing Machine Learning based solutions is good to have
- Experience in understanding of technology platforms, and deployment methodologies with the use of microservices, cloud services and containers (e.g., Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Openshift)
- Prior experience in delivering complex system transformation projects both end-to-end and in cloud space
- Knowledge of software engineering standards and modeling methodologies (e.g., UML, SysML) is a strong preference
