Aufgaben

Manage incidents and resolutions
Support the development of new solutions in close collaboration with the product manager
Handle single queries of high complexity
Responsible for managing the day-to-day usage of key tools and processes
Drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes, enhancing process scalability, efficiency, and stability
Promote team development through regular coaching and feedback, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge databases and providing training to stakeholders
Collaborate with partners/stakeholders

Anforderungen

Leadership & People Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop professionals in a results-focused environment; experience in performance management, team development and coaching
Professional expertise: Multiple years of relevant work experience in client tax reporting, and Withholding Tax Reclaim processing in an international banking context
Operational Excellence: Strong track record in managing time critical operations; deep understanding of internal controls and risk mitigation
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Easy client reporting software is a plus
Languages: Fluent in German (written and spoken); proficient in English
