Aufgaben

• Lead the Architecture and Design of Business solutions implemented on Microsoft Azure
• Provide guidance on various Public Cloud solution options, discuss benefits/risks and provide recommendations that align with strategic business needs
• Provide thought leadership, recommendations and technical solutions to enable large transformation and greenfield programs on Azure Public Cloud
• Asses and provide recommendations on various cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Discover, define and implement solution options to business problems and act in defining business value and benefits
• Collaborate with application engineering, infrastructure products and services, and security teams to ensure requirements and best practices are reflected in the solution design and delivery
• Provide architecture guidance based on the Azure Well-Architected Framework to help build reliable, secure and cost effective solutions on Azure
• Be proactive in keeping stakeholders, applications and products informed about cloud capabilities and industry best practices
• Mentor team on agile adoption, cloud architecture practices, use of AI automation, best practices and emerging technologies.

Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years prove IT experience with at least 5+ years of solid hands-on experience in architecting cloud solutions, including design and deployment of workloads on Microsoft Azure
• Experience systems
• Strong understanding of Cloud Native design principles and model architectures (e.g. event driven architectures, serverless computing, event sourcing (CQRS))
• Familiarity with cloud integration concepts and tools, defining the integration roadmaps as well as integration patterns and technologies
• Proficiency in cloud information technology and hands-on experience in deploying and managing cloud resources using Azure in enterprise-wide environments
• Sound knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, eDiscovery and Forensics
• Experience with IaaS using Terraform with CICD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
• Experience in Azure Infrastructure, Networking, Storage, Apps and Azure DevOps
• Experience with Azure Sentinel, Azure Monitor, Azure Virtual Networks, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Automation, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Site Recovery
• Experience in designing and deploying Cloud Native Applications using Azure PaaS Capabilities, modernizing to Cloud Service Delivery (e.g. Containers). Azure Functions/ Serverless, Azure Service Plans, New York, SG, Azure IR (Azure Firewall, Containers, Azure Contingent AKS, AKS
• Experience in Integration Technologies such as (iPaaS, Azure APIM), Logic Apps, Azure Sentinel, Azure Event Grid
• Experience with IaaS and Management of applications using Azure AD, Oauth, RBAC/ADAM, OMS/Logs, Azure Monitor
• Knowledge of Monitoring, diagnostics and alerting of Azure workloads and services
• Knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript/ Go, PowerShell, SQL etc.
• Experience working in a fast-paced growth organization in a Global Delivery Model
• Ability to present ideas to both technical and business stakeholders and facilitate strategic discussions.
• Strong management and communication skills
• Financial Services domain knowledge will be a plus
