Your key responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers and Product Specialists throughout the onboarding and client lifecycle process.
• Act as the main coordination point for client onboarding activities.
• Taking ownership of onboarding cases and driving them to completion.
• Anticipating issues and proactively finding solutions.
• Continuously looking for ways to simplify processes and improve the client experience.
• Collaborating effectively across functions and geographies.

• You build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders and play a key role in enhancing client experience, reducing onboarding lead times and supporting business growth.
• You will work in a dynamic international environment and collaborate with teams across Wholesale Banking Operations, Compliance, Legal, Product and Service departments.
