Transformation Manager 100% (Fixed-term until 30 April 2027) (f/m/d)
Julius Baer sucht in Zürich einen Transformation Manager (befristet bis April 2027), der strategische Transformationsinitiativen im Bereich der digitalen Geschäftstransformation steuert und umsetzt. Die Rolle erfordert Erfahrung in Projektmanagement und der Übersetzung strategischer Ziele in konkrete Geschäftsergebnisse innerhalb der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Support and drive strategic transformation initiatives from planning through to implementation and benefit realization
- Structure complex business challenges, perform analyses and develop practicable solutions to improve processes, operating models and organizational effectiveness
- Translate strategic objectives into clear project plans, workstreams, milestones and success requirements
- Manage project governance activities, including status reporting, risk and issue management and dependency tracking and decision preparation
- Coordinate initiatives across business and technology teams to ensure effective alignment of project objectives
- Monitor project progress, identify delivery risks and proactively propose mitigation measures
- Prepare presentations, business cases and executive updates for management and executive committees
- Collaborate across locations and functions to drive alignment, transparency and delivery excellence
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Relevant experience in transformation, consulting, project management, operating model development within financial services or similarly complex environments
- Experience supporting or leading project workstreams, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to structure complex issues and develop actionable recommendations
- Experience analysing business processes, operating models or organizational structures to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency gains and value creation
- Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills when working with senior stakeholders and diverse teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating ownership, rigor and a can-do attitude
- Fluency in English; German is considered an advantage
