Stellenbeschreibung

Aufgaben

• Investigate and resolve production issues to help maintain a stable production environment
• Balance Functional and Non-Functional requirements (Performance, Scalability, Security etc)

Client / Stakeholder Management (intern & extern)

• Stake holder management - working closely with TSO, Business Engineers, Production Support team and project managers to drive and manage IT delivery
• Analyze requirements, estimate efforts, plan timeline, measure progress
• Ensure awareness, involvement and support from the key stakeholders and participants by building strong project teams and maintaining robust communication on the project status throughout its life cycle
• Drive and review technical and architectural design, enforce architectural guidelines and challenge status quo

Regulatorische Verantwortlichkeiten & OR-Risikomanagement

• Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviors including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous professional development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Take responsibility for ensuring that risks and issues are identified and managed closely and drive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards

Professionelle Anforderungen

• Work together in a cross functional team using agile methodologies as part of a DevOps centric model.
• The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues from various different divisions.

Technische Anforderungen

• Must Have:
• 10 Jahre Erfahrung mit Triple'A plus Technologien und Plattformen
• Domänenkenntnisse in Wealth-Management-Produkten und -Angeboten
• Tiefes Verständnis der Bereiche wie Order-Management, Positionen und Performance-Berechnungen
• Gutes funktionales Verständnis des Geschäftsdatendurchflusses zwischen TAP und T4X
• Starke praktische Erfahrung mit Shell-Scripting, PLSQL und TAP-Scripting
• Starkes Verständnis und Erfahrung mit agiler Entwicklung und DevOps
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung und Verwaltung eines Teams von mindestens 5-6 Entwicklern
• Desirable:

• IBM (ITX
• Ability to write/understand complex SQL queries.
• UXP
• Spring Boot
