Aufgaben

• lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
• build AI-powered applications including chatbots, RAG systems, and Agentic AI solutions with robust evaluation, monitoring, and performance frameworks
• develop and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines using Python, Java, FastAPI, Apache Spark, and distributed processing technologies
• implement MLOps, and observability practices for model deployment, monitoring, optimization, testing, governance, and lifecycle management
• establish engineering standards and CI/CD frameworks to ensure code quality, testing, reproducibility, automated releases, and production-grade AI deployments
• collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, data, security, and operations teams in Agile environments to deliver impactful AI solutions
• provide technical leadership, production support, and mentorship, coaching junior AI/ML engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing

Anforderungen

• strong expertise in Python and modern AI software engineering practices
• extensive experience designing, developing, and deploying production-grade AI solutions: AI for application development, infrastructures, LLM applications, and locally hosted LLM deployments
• proficient in Azure Cloud AI platforms: Azure OpenAI, AI Studio, GitHub Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, containerized deployment models, and scalable infrastructure
• deep knowledge of Machine Learning/Deep Learning/GenAI and prompt-based AI technologies, prompting language understanding systems
• strong MLOps/AIOps expertise, covering reproducible pipelines, automated evaluation, MLOps/CICD automation, and AI lifecycle management
• hands-on experience with large-scale data engineering and distributed computing, leveraging Apache Spark, Ray, Kafka, and Qlik for data processing, ML workflows, and operational excellence
• recognized for technical leadership, stakeholder management, ownership, and operational excellence
