Join the Sygnum Design Team, where we shape the future of client engagement through innovative digital experiences. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a central role in bridging business needs and user experience. You’ll design seamless, data-informed, and visually striking digital journeys across complex ecosystems. Beyond design execution, you’ll take ownership across requirements, translate them into user stories, and drive mid-size projects in collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Units.

Hauptaufgaben

• Design intuitive experiences for complex web systems and data orientated solutions.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, flows, and actionable design deliverables.
• Independently manage mid-size design projects from concept to delivery.
• Work with cross-product journeys and ensure coherence across multiple touchpoints.
• Use metrics, analytics, and A/B tests to validate and refine design decisions.
• Ensure pixel-perfect, detailed-oriented visual execution with strong aesthetic quality.
• Track and apply the latest UI trends, motion design, and micro-interactions patterns.
• Collaborate using Agile practices (e.g. Scrum), actively participating in refinement and sprint planning.
• Maintain and evolve a scalable, modern design system.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up ideation, prototyping, and validation.

Ideal Kandidat

• 5+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience with web and mobile applications.
• Portfolio showing both visual design strengths and a systemic UX thinking.
• Excellent command of Figma and other prototyping/design tools.
• Experience working with cross-product journeys and complex digital ecosystems.
• Strong ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable design solutions.
• Experienced working in Scrum or other agile practices
• Skilled in independent project ownership (and/or side initiatives).
• Knowledge of data driven design, analytics dashboards, and user metrics.
• Sharp eye for detail, typography, and composition; strong sense of aesthetics.
• Proactive, structured, business-minded with a can-do mentality.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Background in fintech, blockchain, or related industries like banking
• Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, generative AI.
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
