Die Julius Baer Group sucht einen Universitätsabsolventen für das Strategic Project Management-Team, der an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Projekte und Initiativen mitwirkt. Der Stelleninhaber wird Teil des COO-Teams und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen, Analysen und strategischen Konzepten für die Unternehmensführung.
Aufgaben
- Contribute to and coordinate strategic initiatives and projects, collaborating across teams and functions
- Prepare high-quality presentations, briefing materials, and strategic concepts for senior management
- Conduct and coordinate quantitative and qualitative analyses to support informed decision-making compliance
- Contribute to business unit-specific processes to ensure operational efficiency, governance and
- Develop a deep understanding of the Bank's end-to-end value chain by collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver outstanding services and drive operational excellence
Anforderungen
- Master's degree from a university in Business Administration, Banking or Finance (graduation max. 12 months ago) with above-average grades
- Initial practical experience in Financial Services and/or Management Consulting
- A curious mind, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
- Fluency in English, German as a plus
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
