UX Writer for C

Über die Rolle
Any digital experience is made up of flows, graphics, and words. In this role you'll help develop flows and take responsibility for the words.
We're looking for people who share our passion for great user experience. You'll work closely with designers, UX researchers, strategists, product owners and localization experts, and the things you write will be read by millions of clients around the world. Together, we'll make their banking life easier and more delightful.
As we are a growing team, you'll also have the chance to help shape the way we do UX writing here at UBS. We want to hear all about your vision - how we should create and deliver content across multiple channels, including ubs.com, E-Banking, and the Mobile Banking app.
Aufgaben
In our agile organization you will be co-located with the team.
Your responsibilities:
- Developing flows and taking responsibility for the words
- Working closely with designers, UX researchers, strategists, product owners and localization experts
- Creating and delivering content across multiple channels
Anforderungen
- 3+ years of writing experience with a portfolio showcasing your skills
- Experience with UX writing for complex user journeys
- Experience working with user research
- Equally comfortable thinking about
- At ease working in a design team
- A communicative and proactive person
- Comfortable in a highly dynamic environment
- A native-level German speaker who can deliver clear and concise content
