Together for Inclusion in Banking 2026: Peer Roundtables

As part of "Together for Inclusion in Banking," the Association of Employers in Banking is launching a new format in 2026: regular peer roundtables with collegial case consultations and expert input.

What you can expect from this format

• Community meeting with practical solutions
  Bring your specific DE&I questions and challenges and benefit from the proven method of peer case consultation. Knowledge and experience are applied directly and in a case-specific manner, promoting targeted action.
• 
  The CCDI and its network of practitioners and researchers provide the latest insights and best practices to strategically strengthen your work and impart new knowledge.
• Networking for inspiration and in-depth discussion
  Make valuable contacts and expand your personal network. You will learn from your peers and have the opportunity to explore topics in depth in a relaxed atmosphere.

When and how do the meetings take place?

• Meeting 1: March 24, 2026, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (on site in Zurich)
• Meeting 2: June 2, 2026, 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. (online)
• Meeting 3: August 27, 2026, 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (on site in Zurich)
• Meeting 4: October 27, 2026, 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (online)

Participation is possible in both the entire program and individual meetings. Following the on-site events, there is the optional opportunity to continue the exchange over lunch or drinks at your own expense.
