What you can expect in the webinar
The post-pandemic period was marked by a shortage of skilled workers. On the one hand, this helped to boldly reshape the world of work, but on the other hand, it also led to unhealthy distortions. As the shortage of skilled workers subsides, the question of what kind of "new world of work" we want in the future is coming into even sharper focus. The first voices are proclaiming the end of the feel-good culture and a return to a high-performance culture in a media-effective manner.
Even if these statements stem from a legitimate concern—namely, to give the interests of companies the same priority as those of employees—playing them off against each other makes little sense.
A 2024 study by Oxford University clearly shows that peak performance and well-being go hand in hand and that there is a strong correlation between employee well-being and company performance. Against the backdrop of the current high pace of change and uncertainty, the question arises as to how "change fatigue" can be avoided and how willingness and ability to change can be specifically strengthened.
In this webinar, we will address the question of what constitutes a performance culture and how it can be consciously shaped together with managers and employees. After all, the megatrend of "future work" is essentially about one thing: making people and organizations sustainable for the future.
